**First.** The Ridder, Zyryanovsk, Ekibastuz, and all small mines located in these districts, together with all equipment, remain under the jurisdiction of the Kirgprombyuro.

**Second.** Personal responsibility for the complete preservation of the mines, equipment, and archives is placed upon the Chairman of the Kirgprombyuro. Until the moment of complete transfer, this responsibility is also placed upon the Chairman of the Sibprombyuro.

**Third.** Domnenko is relieved of his position and assigned to the disposition of the Sibprombyuro.

**Fourth.** Comrade Dreyman is appointed Manager of the Ridder mines, and he is required to assume all affairs immediately and proceed to Ridder.

**Fifth.** The appointment of the technical director of Ridder is entrusted to Dreyman.

**Sixth.** Upon Dreyman's assumption of office, the Authorized Representative of the Kirgprombyuro, Ivanov, is assigned to the disposition of the Kirgprombyuro.

**Seventh.** Work at the mines on the repair of access roads, on the repair of the power canal at Ridder, on the construction of the Ridder experimental electrolytic plant, and on putting the Ridder concentration mill in order must be carried out on a shock-work basis. The Sibrevkom and Sibprombyuro are requested to render every possible assistance.

**Eighth.** All indicated measures are to be carried out immediately by agreement between the Sibprombyuro and Kirgprombyuro. Report on execution to the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the National Economy by telegram.
