[September 27, 1921]
Comrade Gorbunov!
*
1) Get in touch with the author (he is in Petersburg;
find out the address or call him through Kalinin), when he is here.
2) Ask him if he will give notes to Pravda,
3) If he can’t, then it is necessary to give from this letter, to make an ex-
tract (about the electric plow) and give it to Pravda.
4) Find for him the materials he requested (officially re-
quest them from Osinsky, in Glavzemkhoz and other institutions]).
5) By the way. See Styunckel and check (more businesslike,
more thoroughly), how things are going with electric plows.

To Comrade N. P. Gorbunov.
November 10, 1921
Workers and employees of the Bryansk factory manufactured 7 electric
plows. By January 1, 1922, they will manufacture 20.
The difficulties involved were incredibly great.
Therefore, it is necessary to especially reward up to 70 people
of workers and employees. This is certified by the director of the Bryansk
factory, Comrade Zheltov.
Please raise the issue tomorrow in the STO, discussing with Comrade
Zheltov the types of remuneration (Order of the Red Banner of] Labor; de-
monetary and in-kind).
Chairman of the STO B. Ulyanov (Lenin).
