NOTE TO I. V. STALIN
September 27, 1921
Comrade Stalin!
I am sending the "military" matter.

It needs to be submitted to the Politburo on September 29. Or should it be urgently rejected
by telephone?
Lenin

P.S. I will send you a letter "On the Question of the Workers' and Peasants' Inspection."
Read it—then we will talk.
