To the Chairman of the Moscow Soviet of Workers' Deputies, Comrade Kamenev
Copy to Comrade Krylenko

In view of the extreme importance and uninterrupted operation of the work of the Moscow office of the Kashira Electric Station until November 1 of this year, I request that you render assistance in keeping the office in the premises it presently occupies (Theater Lane, 3), since any relocation of the office, especially at such a critical time for construction, may have a harmful effect on the work.
