8/IX.1921.

т. Vorovsky!

I have not had a single letter from you. It's a pity. Once in two months at least, it would not be a sin to spend an hour or two and write in detail.

Do you help the Communists? We must. We must. Archiconspiratorially, of course.

They're inexperienced, stupid. "Leftists." Terracini I scolded scoldingly. Gennari is a "professor" in the worst sense of the word. We must teach them, teach them, and teach them to work, as the Bolsheviks did - to teach them by articles and in print. Find an Italian for this purpose and act through him.

The situation is fine, the workers are good, but they don't know how to beat the swindler Serrati. Teach them for Christ's sake.

Send occasionally some (few) of the most important articles, brochures and books.

Have you forgotten about Antonio Labriola and the Italian] Hegelians of the 1860s? Is it not possible to buy antiquated the book Giovanni Gentile: "Philosophia di Marx"?

I look forward to the letter. Don't forget to help the Italian communists. Why don't you publish more translations from Russian and English (Price: My reminiscences [of the Russian revolution]; Reed. Ten Days [that shook the World]; Fraina: [The] proletareian revolution] in Russia?) and from German?

Your Lenin.
