Materials sent from Petrograd on November 11 and
23 for Kashirstroy have not arrived at the construction site to date, despite
my categorical order to expedite all materials for Kashira [in] the most urgent order. Such a delay has
led to the impossibility of deploying work on the installation
of power transmission, which in turn has already affected the commissioning
of the Kashira station on time. I propose that you conduct a most thorough
investigation of the case and give immediate instructions along the line
Petrograd - Moscow - Kashira with the proposal of the following
wagon numbers: 771, 167, 590175, 612881, 171843, 468369, 465049,
655397, 69578, 288442 and 536297, deliver to Kashira under
the personal receipt of the chief engineer or one of his deputies.
For a greater probability of execution of this order, appoint personally responsible persons within the People's Commissariat of Railways. When passing
each of the mentioned wagons through Khovrino station and Moscow, notify the chief engineer of
Kashirstroy Tsyurupa, by telegram, at the address: Maly Cherkassky Lane,
Kalyazinsky farmstead, Kashirstroy, about these wagons. Inform Comrade Smolianinov * of the measures taken and the results
