The resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of National Economy, which approved the new composition of the collegium of the GKhGS, headed by T. V. Sapronov, took place on May 12, 1921. The collegium included: Deputy Chairman of the GKhGS G. D. Tsyurupa and member
M. V. Zakharov; T. V. Sapronov and G. D. Tsyurupa were instructed to agree on the remaining candidates.
