Information has been received that they have been accepted for execution. A telegram was sent today in my (Tsyurupny) presence, confirming the urgency of the order.
2. - Money has been fully transferred.
3. The terms of execution are still unknown. A telegram request was sent today stating what is especially urgently required.
Opinion of comrade Tsyurupa: In view of the fact that there is little abnormal in the order,
it must be assumed that the term will be 3 months. 3 months 19 X 21.
With delivery to Moscow? or without delivery?
I asked Comrade Stomonyakov, who is leaving for Berlin in a few days, to telegraph me on the state of affairs upon his arrival in Germany.
I will see Krasin again.

There is a Central Committee decision on the absolute necessity to speed up this matter,
so that the station could be launched at t2 thousand kilowatts no later than XII of the current year.
Find out as accurately as possible, before your departure, about these orders and
after arriving in Berlin, take all measures to accelerate and
verify the accuracy of execution. I place this on your personal responsibility. Please telegraph me from Berlin what measures you are taking, when exactly everything ordered will be ready and when exactly it will be delivered to Moscow.
