NOTE TO N. P. GORBUNOV

Comrade Gorbunov! The matter with the draft resolution of the Council of People's Commissars (Sovnarkom) on collective supply (of enterprises with food) in connection with the closure of unnecessary establishments and the concentration of production in the largest enterprises has become bogged down. Larin and Goldmann (VSNKh) submitted this project to the Politburo. The Politburo on 10/V decided: to rework and submit it to the Sovnarkom. The Congress of Trade Unions also resolved:
1. And it got bogged down!
Contact Larin and VSNKh, take the text of the Politburo decision from 10/IV, and expedite this matter as much as possible. I fear that due to the change in the composition of VSNKh, the matter has been shelved. It is necessary to move it forward quickly. Call me with the results of your efforts and inquiries tomorrow, Monday, 13.VI.
