25. V. 1921.

Comrade Vigileyev!

I am very grateful for your letter of 13/V from Warsaw 306.

Of course, there is little hope of obtaining my books (and Zinovyev's).

If it is still possible to make an attempt to find out, then I would ask you to make inquiries. I left behind there one manuscript (on the German agricultural census of 1907), which I would like to have printed 307. Either at Ulica Lubomirskiego, 47 and 49 (I lived in both buildings). On the attic. I left it when departing in August 1914. This is in Kraków.

Or in Poronin, in the house where I lived and where you, as I recall, visited me once.

Material things are not important, but I would like to have the books and manuscripts.

Once again, I thank you sincerely for your efforts and send you my best regards.

Your Lenin
