1921
The term is considered until the moment of return to Moscow.
Tasks of the commission:
1) To check on site what part of the work has been completed (on the construction of Algamba) and, in particular, what part of the materials has already been used on the completed section of the route and what remains in addition.
2) The commission must clarify what the real possibilities are for guarding the materials and returning them in case of the cessation of the construction of Algamba.
3) The commission must clarify what the conditions (in terms of material expenditure, etc.) are for transferring the construction of Algamba from shock enterprises to ordinary ones.
4) The commission must clarify what the general working conditions will be and, in particular, the conditions for using the materials already on site if work continues without laying rails.
