You informed me that Ivan Nikolaevich Chebotaryov is listed among the staff of Professor Romanov, the responsible organizer of the laboratory for electromagnetic waves in Crimea.

Ivan Nikolaevich Chebotaryov is personally known to me as an honest and diligent person. [Political sympathies are probably not required here, i.e., in this position.] I can recommend him.
