If yes, would it not be better to put you down to speak right after the rapporteurs? (so as to finish sooner).

Should we not draw up a draft resolution straightaway (roughly: participation of trade unions, miners, and timber workers, to be ensured both in the Chief Administration for Fuel and in all Mining Directorates or in all directorates of mining affairs)?
