SUPPLY OF INDUSTRIAL CENTERS

1) In an especially urgent, revolutionary, and intensive manner, immediately focus on the collection of rye in the Moscow province (the rye has already been harvested). Mobilize additional Moscow workers to assist the food supply agencies.

2) Generally, mobilize more workers for food supply work. The People's Commissariats, in accordance with the decision of the Politburo yesterday (take a copy).

3) Send precise orders once again to the Ukrainian and Siberian People's Commissariats for Food.

4) Delegate an emergency expedition (together with Tsentrosoyuz) to the Podolsk province, where, it is said, there is an abundance of grain, and it costs 6000 rubles in Soviet money. (In general, my impression is that the Narkomprod is failing miserably in procurement and barter. There is no initiative. There is no vigorous work).

I request a response by 11/VII.
