Guest passes are with Avanesov through Krestinsky.

1 Written on a note from D. P. Bogolepov to V. I. Lenin requesting that he be given a ticket to the Party Congress (apparently referring to the Tenth Congress of the RCP(b)). "If you give me a pass to the Congress," wrote Bogolepov, "I will look for an opportunity to criticize our economic policy."
