To Frumkin
1 to inform him that I request him to deliver to me
Yanugievsky's note on the riches (ore and others) of the Black Sea
coast and Teberda of the Kuban region' if Frumkin does not have it

Lenin.
[March 23, 1921]
Inquire from Rykov and Lomov*.
By the 8th Congress of Soviets, materials on the riches and concessions of the South-Eastern region (Salsk steppes, mountain riches, etc.) addressed to STO were brought to Moscow by Ivanov,
a member of the Caucasian Labor Army, with a cover letter from Beloborodov
(50 — 60 pages typed)
(in particular, the beet-sugar industry, combined with sheep-breeding and cattle-breeding
farms in the Salsk steppes).
Find out from Rykov and Lomov and get it for me**.
1 Frumkin, M. I. — member of the board of Narkomprod and plenipotentiary of the NCVT in the South-East.
