Kollontai:
“The report satisfied very few people”… where is the essence, and what measures are being taken? (She bypassed Kronstadt and so on.)
Did they fail to carry out the “purification of the Party from alien elements”?
Did they create conditions conducive to self‑activity?

1 At the evening session on March 8, 1921, debates were opened on the
political report of the Central Committee, which also extended into part of the morning session on March 9.
Lenin began his record of the debates with the second speaker—A. Shlyapnikov—while completely omitting from his notes the contributions of I. Skvortsov, S. Minin, M. Rafanla, and E. Yaroslavsky in this session, evidently not intending to dwell on their remarks in his concluding speech.
