I request that you immediately convey to Aleksey Romanovich Shaposhnikov and Taras Grigoryevich Kondrov, residents of the village of Beketovo in the Bulgakovskaya volost of Ufimsky Uyezd—located 36 versts from Ufa along the Orenburg Tract—a formal invitation to travel to Moscow without delay, for consultations on matters of paramount importance concerning the peasantry and peasant livelihood. Their stay in Moscow is expected to last several days. Please dispatch a capable, resourceful individual to Beketovo for this purpose. Should they agree to come, arrange for their journey aboard a train reserved for delegates to the Party Congress, providing them with adequate provisions and all necessary supplies, while affording them every possible measure of attention and care. Please report back promptly via direct telegraph line regarding the outcome of this matter.
