RESOLUTION
ON THE MEMORANDUM OF A. D. TSIURUPA

To the Central Committee of the RCP(b).
I request that the following be summoned to participate in the Plenum of the Central Committee on 24/II regarding Comrade Kamenev's report:
1) Comrade Osinsky — a member of Comrade Kamenev's commission
2) Comrade Popov, the manager of the Central Statistical Administration — to clarify the erroneous numerical data presented by Comrade Kamenev.
I request permission for members of the collegium and authorized representatives (former members of the collegium) of the People's Commissariat for Food to be present at the same meeting.
