In view of the extremely acute food situation in the Republic, especially in connection with the temporary interruption of grain supplies from Siberia, heroic measures must be taken to increase and maximize the loading and dispatch of grain to the center from the North Caucasus. The absolutely exceptional importance which the Caucasus has now acquired imposes an exceptional responsibility on you and all workers in food supply and transport in the Caucasus. I once again confirm the necessity of sending 200 wagons daily to the center. Report daily by direct wire personally to me and to the People's Commissariat for Food, in addition to the information provided on actual loading: 1) the amount of grain delivered,
