ORDER TO THE SECRETARY 1
[February 6, 1921]
He has submitted the pamphlet “Two Tactics.” Reply to him: Thank you,
I already have a copy. We’ll discuss the letter later.
1 Written on the envelope of a letter from V. P. Oborin, an employee of the Electrical Section at the Petrograd Council of People’s Commissars, to V. I. Lenin, dated January 26, 1921, in which Oborin offered Lenin his own copy of the pamphlet “Two Tactics of Social-Democracy in the Democratic Revolution,” in light of its reissue; the letter also contained reflections on the drafting of a preface for the new edition of the pamphlet and on its content. On the envelope, Lenin made the notation: “To be left here after reply”; there is also a note from the secretary: “Replied on 6/11–21.”
