In response to Yermakov's telegram regarding the existence of an enormous number of various commissions, organizations, and individual authorized representatives involved in organizing fuel procurement — with twelve military commissions alone, plus newly established ones according to the order of the Revolutionary Military Council of the Republic (Yekaterinburg military district, Ufa front, etc.) — the Council of Defense resolved: to instruct the Revolutionary Military Council of the Work Army to resolve the issues raised in the telegram in the spirit of restoring the greatest unity and coordination of work for the procurement, sawing, hauling, and rafting of firewood, while maintaining the guiding role of the Gubernia Timber Committee and the Railway Timber Committee.
