Fierce battles continue with increasing force, it must be [addressed].

To Stalin:
I don't quite understand why you are dissatisfied with the division of fronts. Report your motives. It seemed to me that this was necessary as the danger from Wrangel is increasing. Regarding a deputy, inform your opinion on the candidate. Also, I ask you to report what promises the Commander-in-Chief is delaying with. Our diplomacy is subordinate to the Central Committee and will never undermine our successes, if the danger from Wrangel does not cause wavering within the Central Committee. From Kuban and the Don Oblast, we are receiving alarming, even desperate telegrams about the formidable growth of the insurgent movement. They insist on accelerating the liquidation of Wrangel.
