Given the great strictness in the Politburo, this must be
monitored — especially on holidays. In my opinion, upon leaving (i.e., if
it becomes necessary, in special cases to leave) arrange with the telephone operators
to have the apartment’s telephone number so that, in an extreme case,
one could connect (by phone) with the apartment: then the control
would not say that they didn't find the secretary.
I repeat: by thinking (and applying care), it is possible to arrange
things so that control cannot say: “did not find the secretary.”
Night duty for secretaries is not introduced here, is it? If
so, we must ADAPT the night telephone operators.
