The Politburo approves Comrade Chicherin's proposals regarding
the trade agreement with England, and especially stresses that Krasin, without special, precisely expressed consent of
the Central Committee, shall in no case depart from the text and letter of the English
note of 29.VI concerning propaganda and debts²; all details are to be transferred to special negotiations for a peace
agreement.
