TO THE DRAFT RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF LABOUR AND DEFENCE ON THE REPORT OF THE MAIN TRANSPORT COMMISSION

Approving points 1-4 of the MTC resolutions on transport repair and points 1-3 on shipbuilding,
The Council of Labour and Defence instructs [a commission from] the MTC with representatives
[of the MTC, the People's Commissariat of Labour and] the relevant (specified in individual points) department to elaborate and submit by Wednesday for approval by the Council of Defence fully precise, concrete, and with specified deadlines, resolutions. In case of agreement reached with the department from which the execution of specific tasks is required, signed texts of such agreements are to be submitted.

The Main Transport Commission (MTC) under the Council of Labour and Defence was approved at a meeting of the CLD on May 28, 1920, in connection with the grave situation in transport. The commission was tasked with: monitoring the progress of work on transport restoration, its further development and improvement. Every two weeks the commission was to report at meetings of the CLD on the progress of work in transport. On December 3, 1920, at a meeting of the CLD, the commission's regular report was heard. The first point of the resolution, the draft of which is published, was
