[October 26, 1920]

The Council of People's Commissars, on October 25, 1920, decreed:
1.
To appoint Nikolai Gavrilovich Chernyshevsky's son, Mikhail Nikolaevich Chernyshevsky, a lifelong pension in the amount of 20,000 rubles per month and three food rations
equal to those of Red Army rear-service personnel.
2.
To instruct the Saratov Gubernia Executive Committee to
urgently renovate the Chernyshevsky house, which houses the N. G. Chernyshevsky Museum
and the apartment of his son, M. N. Chernyshevsky, and to take measures to protect it and maintain it in full
working order.
