The Defense Council has resolved to take decisive and energetic measures to unload military trains on the railways of the Southern district, especially those that have already reached stations where unloading can be carried out under conditions of food and accommodation supply 453. Despite all the difficulties and obstacles associated with this unloading, the Defense Council proposes to carry it out immediately, as a catastrophic shortage of fuel and the necessity to deliver food to the working centers at any cost require this. proposes that all bodies treat this order as a combat one and exert maximum effort for its execution.
