FROM A NOTE TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE COUNCIL OF PEOPLE'S COMMISSARS
December 21, 1920
Please hang this map * * both here and in the Small
Council room and distribute (the remaining copies)
to workers' clubs in Moscow...
Wouldn’t it be possible to draw on this same map, even if in green
lines and green shading, the current borders:
(α) The Western “front” (Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Romania).
(ß) Crimea (Y) Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia (δ) Central Asia, Bukhara
(ε) Far Eastern Republic (ζ) borders of the Far East all now

The Press Department of the Executive Committee of the Comintern asked the Secretariat of the Council of People's Commissars
to find out from V. I. Lenin whether his speech at the Moscow Provincial
Conference of the RCP(b), already printed in French, could be published
in the same form in German and English.
In Russian, V. I. Lenin’s speech was printed as a separate
brochure by the Moscow Committee of the RCP(b) publishing house in 1920 (Collected Works, Volume XXV,
pp. 481-496).

NOTE TO MEMBERS OF THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE AND PEOPLE'S COMMISSARS
December 1920
For the information of Central Committee members and People's Commissars
The following notes on the debates and statements at the non-party
peasant conference* were compiled by Lenin, who asks to familiarize themselves with them.
At the non-party meeting:
From Belarus (Minsk Governorate).
Salt, iron and everything to sow the whole land. It is necessary to give.
I won't say more.
From
Ukraine .
The norms are small (both for feeding livestock and people). And we won't leave
anything unsown...
Tver .
This year is not suitable. There are no clover seeds. The peasant
sees nothing from collective farms.
Ivanovo-Voznesensk Governorate .
? When requisitioning, both the loafer and the industrious are taxed equally, which is extremely unfair.
Blacksmiths should repair at fixed prices (and carpenters). Otherwise blacksmiths and carpenters charge 4,000 rubles.
and
5 pounds, they fleece immeasurably.
Ekaterinoslav
Governorate .
Closer to life and to the heart of poor peasants...
Bread, iron, coal—that's what we need. Inventory is needed.
Kursk
Governorate .
It is necessary for the poorest to learn from the efficient...
...you can only say beautifully that 120,000 have been put
through courses...
The efficient must be supported...
