December 18, 1920
According to information received by the Council of People's Commissars, refugees from the civil war, who fled from counter-revolutionary gangs in 1919 from the village of Alagir in the amount of over 300 families, are in an extremely distressed situation in the village of Ardonskaya and in the city of Vladikavkaz. Despite all their efforts, the refugees have so far been unable to achieve a return to their native places or assistance with moving and settling in new places. Immediately satisfy the legitimate demands of the refugees and provide them with real assistance in settling in permanent residences.
