I inform you that the guard who was standing today, 3 /X II, around
12 noon at his post at the Trinity Gate, did not tear off the control
coupon from the one-time pass to the Kremlin.
Since this was done due to a misunderstanding on his part, the aforementioned
guard is not subject to any penalties.
It is necessary to report to me immediately whether any punitive measures have been applied to this guard, please inform me
of his first and last name *.
