To Comrade Kasyan, Chairman of the Revolutionary
Military Committee of Armenia, Yerevan

Through you I send greetings to the Soviet Armenia of the working people, liberated from the yoke of imperialism. I
have no doubt that you will exert every effort to establish
fraternal solidarity between the working people of Armenia, Turkey
and Azerbaijan.
