The Narkozem reported to V.I. Lenin on November 18 that it is possible to satisfy this request provided that the Supreme Council of National Economy urgently manufactures 50 electric plows for the
Narkozem.

Regarding the Narkozem's order for electric- plowing equipment
According to order No. 1181* of September 24 of this year, the
Bureau for the Electrification of Agriculture forwarded to us an order for:

1) 48 electric motors of 60-75
h.p., 2,000 V, 730 rpm, with accessories.
2) 24 transformers of 6,000/2,300 volts,
with a capacity of 70-80 kV.
3)
30,000 insulators.
4) 10,000 meters of flexible cable 3x6 sq. mm.
5)
6,000 poods of bare copper.
Position 3 was ordered from the Izolyator factory in
Moscow, and positions 4 and 5 were transferred to the Northern
Cable Factories.
According to the report from the production department of the electrical engineering sub-department
of the 4th of this month, the last two factories have unconditionally set the deadline for fulfilling the order on April 1, 1921. These factories have made no statements about the lack of raw materials, semi-finished products, or labor

Postpone the issue as a whole for a hearing on December 1 with the mandatory calling of the Workers' and Peasants' Inspection, the Commission on Workers' Supply, the Narkomtrud, and the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions"

On December 1, 1920, the Small Council of People's Commissars resolved:
"1) To recognize the Narkozem's submitted program as a combat program and to propose that the Supreme Council of National Economy and the Narkozem fulfill 20 sets of
electric plowing implements by the spring season of 1921—by April 1—and 30 sets by April 1, 1922.
2) To propose that the Narkozem urgently draw up an estimate for the implementation of this work by January 1, 1021, with a breakdown of credits by type of work performed.
3) To oblige the Narkozem and the Supreme Council of National Economy to make a report on the progress of work on the implementation of the above program by January 1, 1921" (Protocol
No. 596, item 16).
