1 F. A. Bayrashev—in 1920 he worked in the Northern Forest Regional Committee (rayleskom) as an agent for supplying food to workers engaged in logging firewood. In September 1920, Bayrashev received a mandate from the rayleskom stating that he was being sent to Moscow to negotiate with Glavleskom and Glavvod regarding the joint purchase and procurement of food in a number of provinces.

1 Written on the report of the Commander of the Baltic Sea Fleet F. F. Raskolnikov to the Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars Lenin, dated October 4, 1920, with a proposal to include in the treaty with Finland certain clauses guaranteeing the impossibility of Finland using Pechenga as an operational base for the military fleet with the aim of blockading Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, and the entire northern coast.
The peace treaty with Finland was concluded on October 14, 1920, ratified by the All-Russian Central Executive Committee on October 23, 1920, and by the President of Finland on December 11, 1920. The exchange of instruments of ratification took place in Moscow on December 31, 1920.
2 Ya. A. Berzin—member of the party since 1902. After the October Socialist Revolution, in diplomatic work; at this time—the plenipotentiary of the RSFSR for the conclusion of a peace treaty with Finland.
