Comrade I. N. Smirnov! I am sending you the following points for consideration332.

Jot down a couple of lines about them.

Your Lenin

1. Pay attention to the rural poor of Siberia, supply them with provisions from the local requisitions.
2. Organize tar production in Siberia by engaging the local Soviet and the population (local tar production).
3. The peasants receive one pud of wheat and grind it into semolina, obtaining 18-20 pounds of flour. It would be better if they ground it into ordinary flour; the peasants will agree to this.
4. Pay special attention to rural smithies for the repair of agricultural machines, supply them with coal.

Is it true that there have been cases in Siberia of using butter instead of tar for greasing carts?
