A petition* has been delivered to me directly. I can attest to the severe food situation of the village Bogdanovo (Bogdanikha in common parlance). Therefore, I request that you immediately consider their petition and, if possible, ease their situation, i.e., if possible, reduce the prodrazvyorstka (grain levy) imposed on them.

I ask you to inform me of your decision both in writing and by telephone message.
