For reference purposes, for a period of one day:
I. The two finest, most comprehensive dictionaries of the Greek language—translations from Greek into German, French, Russian, or English.

II. The best philosophical dictionaries, collections of philosophical terms: the German dictionary, seemingly that of Eysler; the English dictionary, seemingly Baldwin’s; the French dictionary, seemingly Frank’s (unless a more recent edition exists); and whichever of the newer Russian dictionaries is available.

III. The History of Greek Philosophy

1) Zeller, the most complete and up-to-date edition.

2) Gomperz (the Viennese philosopher): “Griechische Denker”**.
