Petrograd Committee of the RCP. Sklyansky, Krestinsky

The peace with Lithuania, the armistice with Finland, and the labor movement in England are serious guarantees of Petrograd's security from land and sea. Meanwhile the Polish-Vrangelian front requires the highest tension of forces. The TseKa invites you to concentrate all forces and means for the front on which depends for many years the fate of the international revolution. The TseKa expects from the Petrograd organization a new effort, more heroic than all the previous ones. Thousands of Communists and Communist women are needed, including a considerable number of old and experienced workers. It is necessary to help the front with supplies. Do not lose an hour. Set a new example to the party organizations throughout the country.
