The struggle against White Poland is far from over. The Wrangel front demands the greatest sacrifices. A winter campaign is possible. The Central Committee expects further intensive work from the Siberian Bureau and the Siberian Revolutionary Committee. Voluntary formations are needed outside the general quotas, especially cavalry units, even if small. Cavalry horses, transport equipment, etc., are needed. Under no circumstances must the food supply work slacken. Inform the Central Committee of the measures taken.
