1 Written on a note from delegate to the Second Congress of the Comintern from the Communist Party of German Austria, K. Steinhardt (Gruber), with a request for an audience for himself and K. Toman. They were received on August 14.
2 Le Petit — a worker, anarchist, active figure in the trade union movement of France. In 1920 he was at the Second Congress of the Comintern as a representative of the committee for the affiliation of the left wing of the General Confederation of Labour to the Third International.
3 A. E. Abramovich — member of the party since 1908. After the October Socialist Revolution he served in the Red Army, worked in the Comintern (until 1931). From 1932 — in party, then pedagogical work.
