I request that an atlas be published, similar to the book

“Railways of Russia” (published by the cartographic establishment of A. Ilyin, Petrograd, September 1, 1918),

1) that is, in a small-format volume;

2) with maps occupying no more than two pages per book, ideally without requiring the pages to be folded;

3) each map should feature newly delineated guberniya boundaries, employing the same color scheme for each guberniya as that used by Ilyin; all uyezd towns should be clearly marked;

4) railways should be depicted, with each station explicitly indicated;

5) new state borders should be clearly shown;

6) special attention should be given to regions and territories that had been severed from the former Russian Empire (to be presented on a separate map);

7) several historical maps should be appended, charting the lines and fronts of the Civil War across the various periods from 1917 to 1920.
