EXCHANGE OF NOTES with P. LEVI 1
[July 25 or 26, 1920]
I believe the following points should still be taken into account in the theses:
1) Against National Bolshevism
2) Against the League of Nations
3) On the national question in Western Europe (the Anschluss of German-Austria, Trieste, etc.)
4) On Antisemitism (which is once again playing a major role in Europe today)
Please formulate appropriate proposals.
In principle, I agree.
\ / Do not forget the peculiar task at hand (to harness patriotic sentiments).

3) On the national question in Western Europe (the annexation of Austria by Germany, Trieste, and so on)
4) On Antisemitism (which is once again assuming greater significance in Europe today)
Please draft the corresponding proposals.
In principle, I concur. 2.

Do not overlook the distinctive task at hand (to leverage patriotic sentiments).

The correspondence with P. Levi took place during the discussion of the draft theses on national and colonial questions, authored by V. I. Lenin.
