1. We declare very solemnly that we are providing the Polish workers and peasants with a frontier to the east of that given by Curzon and the Entente2.

2. We are exerting all our energies to finish off Pilsudski.

3. We enter Poland proper only for the shortest possible time to arm the workers, and we leave immediately.

4. Do you consider a Soviet coup d'état in Poland likely and how soon?

2V.I.Lenin refers to the eastern border of Poland established by the Entente Supreme Council in December 1919 (Grodno - Yalovka - Nemirov - Brest-Litovsk - Dorogobuzh - Ustilug, east of Grubeshov, through Krylov and further west of Rawa-Russkaya, east of Peremyshl to the Carpathians), known in history as "Curzon's Line". In a note dated July 11, 1920. D. Curzon demanded from the Soviet government of Russia to stop the Red Army offensive on this line.
