AUTHORISATION FOR L. B. KRASSIN

The Government of the Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic hereby declares that the Russian citizen Leonid Borisovich Krassin is authorised to enter into negotiations with the Government of the United States of America for the conclusion of a political agreement and a treaty with the Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic for the complete restoration of peaceful relations between the two countries and of all kinds of economic agreements, and to sign such agreements on behalf of the Government of the Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic.
