I fully support the request of comrades-in-arms of the Finnish communists and very much ask you to speed up its fulfillment. If necessary, we will call today.

1Lenin's note was written on the letter of the Central Committee of the Finnish Communist Party of June 12, 1920, requesting the release of jewels to the amount of 10 million Finnish marks, necessary for the conduct of communist propaganda and educational work in Finland and among Finns in Scandinavia, America and other countries, for the purchase of shares in the printing houses of the official right-wing socialist newspapers for the printing of communist literature and leaflets. On June 21, the secretary of the Central Committee of the RCP(b) N.N. Krestinsky ordered to release "at our expense jewelry for ten million (10,000,000) rubles (not marks)," but 5 million were released and the loan was exhausted.
