ON
THE SUPPLY OF THE ARMIES OF THE WESTERN FRONT WITH FOOTWEAR
On the question of supplying the armies of the Western Front with footwear,
to create a commission consisting of a representative of Glavkozh [Main Leather Directorate], Sheinman, Akkerman or someone specially authorized by them,
instructing it to submit to the Council of Labor and Defense accurate data
investigating the state of the leather industry, the possibility
of concluding a deal with foreign countries for the procurement of sole
leather, and to take urgent measures to supply the army with footwear, adopted on behalf of the Council of Labor and Defense.
Schedule a report on the execution for the Council of Labor and Defense on Wednesday, May 12, 1920.
ON THE MILITARY SUPPLY OF THE ARMIES OF THE WESTERN FRONT
a) To instruct the Council of Military Industry to submit
to the Council of Labor and Defense on Wednesday a report on the state of
production in the field of supply of cartridges, rifles and machine
guns, and practical proposals on raising military production.
b) To instruct the Revolutionary Military Council of the Republic to ensure
that a sufficiently competent person is delegated to the meeting
on this issue.
ON THE DRAFT MILITARY SITUATION
To instruct the Revolutionary Military Council of the Republic to submit to Comrade
Stalin tomorrow, May 11, 1920, a draft military situation,
inviting him to preliminarily involve a representative of the Supreme Council of National Economy in the consideration of this draft.

ON EXPLOSIONS AT THE ARTILLERY WAREHOUSES OF MOSCOW
To create a commission consisting of Com. Stalin and representatives
of the Moscow Soviet and the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions to discuss emergency measures, the
necessity of which is caused by explosions at the artillery
warehouses of Moscow.
ON THE REVIEW OF THE PERSONNEL OF ARTILLERY
WAREHOUSES THROUGHOUT RUSSIA
To instruct the commission of
Sklyansky to carry out a review of the personnel of military
warehouses and their local departments and submit weekly reports on the progress of its work
to Com. Stalin.
