If comrade Semashko is not available, then for comrade Solovyev

Comrade Semashko!

I ask you to receive the bearer of this letter, comrade Dmitry Nikitich Eroshchenkov, a medical assistant. He has been recommended to me by a very reliable comrade. Comrade Eroshchenkov has several weeks free (pending a special assignment that we will give him), and during this time he would like, on the one hand, to further his studies in medicine, and on the other, to apply his abilities to it. I very much ask you to help him.

Your Lenin

P. S. The comrade has an invention of a very practical disinfection chamber. It must be checked and put to use.
