The convoy that arrived from Grozny, addressed to Chairman of the Sovnarkom V. I. Lenin, consisting of 46 railcars—containing 14 cars of gasoline, 5 cars of kerosene, 3 cars of mineral oil, 8 cars of crude oil, and 16 cars of fuel oil—is hereby entrusted to Glavtop for unloading and distribution according to standard procedures.
