Petrograd
20 April 1920

For the immediate organisation of timber exports it is necessary, in the most urgent order, bypassing all obstacles and bureaucratic red tape, to proceed with putting the Petrograd port in order, namely: clearing it of sunken barges and pontoons. The raised pontoons must be immediately repaired and placed at the disposal of Sudreprom. Report to me by telegraph every Saturday on the work carried out. Send a copy to the Committee for Foreign Trade under the Supreme Council of the National Economy.
