[March 1920]

The German firm "Michler," which has delivered us aeroplanes and medications for them, intends at the end of April to send a cargo zeppelin to Moscow — useful cargo 300 tons = 18 thousand poods. Condition: guarantee that the vessel will not be detained and will be released within 24 hours of arrival.

(Zeppelins cannot stand in the open air.)

Sklyansky does not object.

Sheinman

Gukovsky has purchased 80 thousand poods of paper.

Get written consent from Sklyansky and accept.

How soon delivery?
What is the payment?

[Reply of E. M. Sklyansky]

1. In principle I do not object, but I can give consent only after clarifying the possibility of completing [this] on schedule.

2. It is desirable that the ship be unarmed. This I also told Sheinman. It is necessary to work out precise conditions (of course, unarmed: inspection, etc.) and accept.
